We're Moving!

Exciting things are happening around here. We are moving the shoppe to a new location and we couldn't be more excited. The new space is bigger, with more room for all the cool things. There are still many exciting things happening at the current location~New items, a sale section and a new gallery show opening April 7th. Come by and see what's happening here now and congratulate us on what's happening in the very near future!

EVENTS

Power of Protest: A Feminine Response

For the month of April Gather has collaborated with local artist, mother, feminist, and social activist Ashley Pirani to curate a group show to celebrate the power of protest. Pirani works with the NOW Monroe County Chapter (National Organization for Women).

Featured will be protest artwork from (or inspired by) the Women's March held in January of this year. Our community has come together in this time of need, and we will continue to RESIST. Also on display will be an 8 ft tall collage of the Statue of Liberty created at Lampkins Ridge Studio on National Day Without Women. This is a NOW sponsored event.

Visit us on First Friday for Gallery Walk in April on April 7th from 5-8pm for our opening reception to meet the curator and other protesters and artists/ Works will remain on display at Gather throughout the month of April. (Gather hours: Tues - Fri 11-5, Sat 10-5, Sun 12-4).

Quartz Point Necklace Workshop

Create a unique piece of jewelry with a crystal that you choose. No previous experience needed, all levels of artistic ability have created beautiful designs. Learn how to choose crystals for a specific intention and a little about the electroforming process. All tools and supplies are provided and you choose your stone from a beautiful assortment!
Must register by April 10th.

Recommended Ages: adults
Wednesday, April 12th 6:30 - 8:30pm
Fountain Square Mall (Gather Shoppe)
Course Fee: $65.00 (non-refundable)
