Kabbalat Shabbat and Shabbat Dinner for Elementary School Kids
The last Shabbat before Passover is a special Shabbat. We invite all our Elementary School students to join Rabbi Uri, his wife Leila, and Ilan Kogan in a special night where we will celebrate shabbat while remembering and “experiencing” the Exodus from Egypt. Program will begin at 6:00 PM. Please RSVP to the office at (718) 380-4145. The cost is $12 per child.

Drinks, Desserts, and Stories: Passover Special Edition

During the Seder we have to drink four cups of wine, no more and no less. During the week of Passover, join us for some Kosher for Passover wine while we study and explore stories about drunk rabbis from the Talmud. The program begins at 8:45 PM. Rabbi Kogan and Silvia are opening their home to us for this event. Please RSVP to rabbiuri@hillcrestjc.org (For Youth and Family parents and young adults)

VIII Shabbat Lunch and Learn
“You shall not steal” in public or in secret? That is the question. Come and join us for our traditional Shabbat meal with good learning opportunities for all ages after wards. We are looking for two or three families that can sponsor this program. If you are interested please contact me.  (For the entire family).

Kabbalat Shabbat and Shabbat Dinner for Middle School Students
