All Professing, Associate, and Affiliate members of Clemson United Methodist Church are invited to participate in a straw poll to determine our readiness to approve a Statement of Welcome (click here to read the statement) as proposed by our Reconciling Ministries Task Force. This statement, if approved by a margin of 75% or more, will then be presented again for a final vote soon after the conclusion of the straw poll.

Please complete only one ballot per member. The straw poll will be conducted April 2 – 12, 2017. Persons may complete a ballot by:

• Stop by the church office during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
• Place your vote in boxes available in the lobby areas of both the traditional Worship Center and the Christian Life Center

BLUEGRASS is coming to CUMC! Boston-based bluegrass group, Mile Twelve, will perform a concert to benefit Helping Hands. The group's mandolin player, David Benedict, is a native of Clemson, SC. The concert is scheduled to take place in the Christian Life Center on Tuesday, April 25 at 7:00pm. Tickets are $15 at the door, no advanced sales. Join Clemson UMC’s Celebration Ringers handbell choir as we Ring the Hymns of Faith.
Our spring concert will be Wednesday, April 26 at 6:15pm in the Worship Center. Hymns are at the core of our worship experiences, and we’d like to share with you some of our favorites, handbell style! As usual, you’ll hear—and see—some exciting handbell techniques while you learn about the hymns and their histories. See you on April 26^th! 

Registration is open for Hero Central Vacation Bible School and Mission Mania!!
Vacation Bible School (June 12-16) is for rising 3K-rising 3rd grade and Mission Mania is for rising 4th-8th grades. Church members can visit the church website for more information and to register. Come adventure with your favorite Bible heroes to discover what makes us heroic in God!
Our Vacation Bible School program would not be possible without the amazing help and support from our volunteers. There are many ways to participate, and you do not have to have a child enrolled to come join the fun! Volunteer areas include snack, crafts, recreation, music,
mission work, and co-leading classrooms. All materials and resources are provided, no teaching experience needed! A nursery is provided if you have children under 3 or not yet potty-trained. Please visit the church website to register to be a volunteer!
