Group Fitness
The current Group Fitness schedule will continue until the end of April!
Students: these classes are a great (free!) way to help ease the stress of exams and re-energize yourself after long study sessions!
Invigorate yourself with a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class, an indoor cycling class or one of our popular Bootcamp classes.
If you’re looking for something a little more relaxing, then try one of our two Yoga classes, Simple Stretch or Flex & Flow!
Expect to see the new spring schedule later this month!
Note: there will be no Group Fitness classes on Good Friday (April 14)
or Easter Monday (April 17).
Fee-Based Programs
Registration for Spring Fee-Based Programs opens on Monday, April 3! We are happy to offer a variety of classes, such as Capoeira, Yoga, Boxing, Pilates, and more!
Mark your calendars for Drop-In Week (May 1 - May 4). During Drop-In Week, anyone can try out a General Population class for free! Drop-in spaces are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Note: there will be no Fee-Based classes on Good Friday (April 14)
or Easter Monday (April 17).
