AT WILD WOLF'S WE ARE WELCOMING THE FRESHNESS OF SPRING!

Spring has sprung and we have been enjoying the longer days... We love all the beautiful things about this season (and Spring is the first kiss of Summer!)

We wanted to check in and share with you the latest from the studio. There are new classes on the timetable and our Spring and Summer workshops and events are continuing to build! We're looking forward to you joining us on the mat....

Generally, we stick to the studio for our classes but here you can see Lawrence and I having a mess around on the rooftops of Wild Wolf's HQ. We have teamed up and have been planning out our workshop (with brunch!): YIN MEETS YANG. We are excited to teach together and blend and merge our styles and explore yin and yang elements and principles...

Coming up even sooner is GOOD FRIDAY FEELING with Lottie May and me, Jess Wolff! We will head out to the harbourside for a run and then Lottie will lead a yoga class back in studio while I get the brunch ready! FREEDOM FLOW YOGA with Jayne is the 22nd of April. A lovely long Saturday afternoon yoga practice with all proceeds going to the charity Coppafeel. We are excited to have Dominique Preston on the 30th of April for a YIN FASCIAL YOGA WORKSHOP.

Ther is so much coming up in May: a baby shower, restorative yoga workshops, our first official women's circle with Mel Skinner, 'Be the Breath' with our Yoga & Mindfulness teacher, Morven... and we are honoured (and beyond EXCITED!!!!!) to host a a dragon here at Wolf Towers... 
 
JAMBO DRAGON
Jambo Dragon is a Forrest Yoga Guardian and will be bringing 'Unf**k Your Back' masterclass to us. This masterclass will be on Wednesday May 17th, 6:30-9:00pm. :-))) His workshop, 'I am Enough' will be here in July. All of this info is on our workshop page on our website.

CLASSES: OLD & NEW
We have enjoyed welcoming so many students to the studio and Steph and I feel we have gained so many new friends! Our teachers and students love to be here and we are creating a right cosy Wolf den and a happy Wolf pack. The spring vibes in the studio are awesome and you will catch us getting through our work on the floor in the studio, soaking up the spring sunshine coming through the windows!

Our timetable is in full flow now with our RISING WARRIORS, POWER UP YOUR LUNCH HOUR and TWILIGHT HOUR providing a nice, solid structure the day.
Our QUIET TWILIGHT HOUR is here to help you 'Melt into Mondays'... These special classes will be on a rolling programme and we are starting this Monday with our very first Silent YIn! REbecca Enderby will be back t offer us some Power Flow Sunday Series in May!
All of these classes can be accessed by our booking system, MindBody. You can also book many of the classes at Wild Wolf's if you are a MoveGB member.

 
We have now been open 5 months and we could not be happier with our wonderful teaching team, students and how the space and building is developing... Who knows? Maybe soon we can venture onto the terrace and have some terrace yoga!!! Watch this space....

This Spring, this Summer, we look forward to welcoming you at Wild Wolf's.
