The scale of this event is being reduced for various reasons and will now be a 2 day event on the Sunday and Monday Bank Holiday.  There will be no additional traders and no proper display camping.  The scale of this will be similar to the picnics that we have had in the past,  though this will be for 2 days.  If you have booked in to display we will re-contact you to see if you still want to attend.

The plan is to make this event an annual event over the Whitsun Bank Holiday.  What we learn about this year's event can be used next year.

We are looking for contributions to this event in whatever capacity you wish.  Display, dress, working display, static display.  The theme is the 1940's, so anything that you might have expected to see.
