Play Golf, Support ME Terps!
Pi Tau Sigma, the Mechanical Engineering Honors Society, and the department hold the annual Mechanical Engineering Scholarship Golf Tournament to raise funds to support students pursuing an education in mechanical engineering.
Alumnus Michael Armani (B.S. '05 Mechanical Engineering, Ph.D. '11, Bioengineering) will be this spring's Whiting-Turner lecturer at the Clark School of Engineering. Armani is the CEO at M3D, a major innovation company in 3D printing. Armani attended the University from 2001–2011. During that time he was active in many technology innovation projects and startup businesses.

Design Day is a showcase event that celebrates the engineering creativity of our senior students, who engineer solutions to everyday problems as part of their Capstone Design class. Guest judges have the opportunity to engage with students and offer design critique and advice.
