TOBY is tonight!

Thank you to our TOBY Reception Sponsors Arborguard Tree Specialists and Cousins. The reception runs from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom Prefunction Area.

At 7:30 p.m., attendees will be permitted to enter Grand Ballroom 1 and 2 for the Southern Region TOBY Dinner and Awards Banquet, presented by Mid America Metals.

Don't forget: Name Badge and Ticket required for access to this event. TOBY Banquet Only registrants will receive their tickets at check in. It is the attendee's responsibility to bring their event and drink tickets to the reception and dinner.

2017 SRC Kicks Off!

The 2017 SRC kicked off in earnest on Friday, April 7 with breakfast sponsored by Cornerstone Contracting Group. Following the breakfast, The Southern Region held its first business meeting providing reports from the bylaws committee, nominating committee and awards committee. Also discussed were site selection for future conferences, international nominating, leadership presentations and environmental and energy updates.

 


Attendees were welcomed to the conference by 2017 BOMA Georgia Foundation Chair Linda Beauchamp, RPA, with Shorenstein Realty Services and Patti Brown representing the conference presenting sponsor SERVPRO.


2017 BOMA Georgia President Todd Mitchell delivered the conference welcome address highlighting the impact that the BOMA Georgia Foundation has on all real estate professionals, not just Georgia.


Conference keynote speaker Daniel DeCastro presented The Evolution of Energy and Economic Outlook.

Education and Networking


Attendees enjoyed a full day of networking with exhibitors and education sessions discussing topics like the economy and economic outlook, leadership, security, real estate disruptions, transportation, trends and changing demographics. All topics focused on the education theme, The Future of CRE and explored how Work Looks Different and Work IS Different.
