Dear <<First Name>>

This month we are excited to announce that Dr Susan Alberti AC has been appointed as a Her Heart advisor. Read more about this inspiring woman in this newsletter and the significant impact she is having on Women's football here in Australia.

We know that exercise is a great way to help combat stress and last month here in Melbourne we had the Miss Muddy fun run. There was lots of fun, exercise and laughter as participants made their way through a course of mud, foam and obstacles. Check out our social media pages to see some of the great photos and also a shout out to the wonderful volunteers who helped make this a great event. Thanks too, to one of the participants, Marney who also shares her story of heart disease.

Until next time ... keep moving!

Warmest wishes,
Linda
