It's not too late: Select your spot in the heart of Beaver Nation

Still looking for a place to call home next year? It's not too late to remain a resident of Beaver Nation. On-campus spots are still available in many of our Sophomore & Above communities. Keep the convenience of on-campus housing, live with other sophomores and above, and take advantage of the $900 housing discount that's available only to returning students. APPLY NOW >>

NEXT STEPS

Sackett Hall

You applied for housing: now what?

Once you've applied for Sophomore & Above housing through your MyUHDS account, you have a few more steps to securing your spot in Beaver Nation.

  • Select a space. Within 24 hours of applying for housing, you will be able to log back in and pick the exact room you want in any of our Sophomore & Above communities. Our staff won't place you in a room -- you get to choose where you want to live.
  • Don't see the room you want? If you're looking for a room type that's not available, fill out your application and select an alternate room type, and then e-mail us at housing@oregonstate.edu. When spaces open up, we'll move students to their desired room or community on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Want to live in a different hall? If you'd like to live in an on-campus space that's not a designated Sophomore & Above community, just drop us a line and we'll work with you on your preferred room selection. CONTACT US >>

Want to see a sample living space before you select?

Have you ever checked out the three-bedroom suites in our newest residence hall, Tebeau? How about the makerspace workshop, brand-new kitchen and single-user bathrooms on the first floor of Hawley & Buxton? Sign up for a tour of our Sophomore & Above living spaces!

Food in Cascadia Market

New! Fridges included for all sophomore & above communities

You need snacks. We can help with that.

Starting next fall, each room or suite in all Sophomore & Above communities will come pre-stocked with an undercounter refrigerator/freezer and countertop microwave (in Halsell) or a MicroFridge (a microwave/refrigerator/freezer combination appliance, in all other halls). There's no extra charge for fridges in Sophomore & Above communities.

Plus: Fill your suite, and we'll fill your fridge. If you live in a suite in Halsell or Tebeau, we've got an extra deal for you. When you and a group of friends fill up the suite so that no empty roommate spaces remain, we'll give each roommate a $25 grocery voucher to Cascadia Market. LEARN MORE >>
