HAPPY EASTER

Put that Easter bunny back into hibernation and keep lean with the Valetudo Health Team

Tip 1:
Make everyone work for those Easter Eggs
- Easter Egg Hunt Amazing Race or orienteering style
- Games like musical chairs, hopscotch, handball, cricket, handball and kicking accuracy competitions to win Easter eggs

Tip 2:
- Wrap fruit in alfoil to mix it up, everybody loves a mango !
- Don't forget a high fibre cereal or vegetable based breakfast before all the chocolate

Tip 3:
- Holidays are a great chance to do activities for yourself. Start a new health campaign and go for a 15 min jog each day. It is a start and you can build on it. Get the kids out with you on their bikes.
