This neighbourhood meeting is your first opportunity to hear about proposed developments from the applicants, understand the City’s planning approval process and timelines, and ask questions.

Development Details

KLM Planning Partners Inc. on behalf of 1091369 Ontario Ltd. has submitted a complete application for an amendment to the Zoning By-law and for a draft plan of subdivision for lands located at 883 Mapleview Drive East.

The Jones Consulting Group on behalf of Crisdawn Construction Inc., Pratt Development Inc., and 2303757 Ontario Inc. has submitted complete applications as of March 20, 2017 for an amendment to the Zoning By-law and for draft plans of subdivision for lands located at 793 & 843 Mapleview Drive East; 830, 864 & 912 Lockhart Road; 103 Saint Paul’s Crescent; and lands described as Plan 98, Lot 6.

What to Expect

  • A presentation from the applicants of the development concept.
  • Information about the City's review process and timing.
  • An opportunity to meet the applicants, City staff and Ward Councillor.
  • An opportunity to ask questions and provide your comments and/or concerns regarding the proposed developments.

What not to Expect

  • City staff recommendations on the applications or a detailed analysis on the proposal (this will occur later in the review process).
  • A debate on the merits of the proposal between City staff and the applicants.
