It's One Week Until National Healthcare
Decisions Day (NHDD)!

This year NHDD will include a full week of events promoting advance care planning. Over the past 10 years, NHDD has brought so much positive energy and attention to advanced care planning. Prepare for Your Care will be promoting NHDD. Here is what YOU can do:

• Hand out Prepare for Your Care Pamphlets and invite people to visit the website.

• Follow us on Twitter @prepareforcare and Facebook facebook.com/prepareforcare and retweet and repost our links.

• Visit NHDD to learn more about this year’s themes, events planned, and outreach ideas.  

• Use your social media to promote NHDD. Include hashtags such as #AdvanceCarePlanning or #NHDD.
