This Saturday 4/15:
BART to Dublin 
Ride to Wine

This event has been moved from the normally scheduled WOBO weekend date to Saturday,
April 15th due to BART Maintenance 

Join us as we embark on a full-day bike riding and wine tasting experience! We'll BART out to Dublin, bike through the beautiful Livermore vineyards, and get a discounted* wine tasting at Wente Vineyards.

*WOBO has secured a special discount for tastings and store purchases, so lock on those panniers for some added cargo on the way back!

but spots are limited so register now!

WOBO has officially designated May 2017 as Bike Month! We have lots of activities planned (especially on Bike to Work Day) and
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!


Lots of fun opportunities including:
Pancake Breakfast  Energizer Stations  
Pedal Pools  Raffles   Bike Share 
and much more!

This month we welcome you on Thursday April 27 at The Woods Bar and Brewery at 1701 Telegraph. We'll keep a couple of tables warm for you from 5:30 to 7:30pm.

WOBO hosts happy hours for women in Oakland each 4th Thursday of the month. Come spend some quality, off-the-bike time with other women who bike, over a cold drink. Any level of rider and all women, trans and femme folks are warmly welcome. Bring your bikey and bike-curious friends!

Friday Nights @ OMCA 4/14 

Enjoy the best block party in the Bay with Oakland Museum of California and Off the Grid. Savor California beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages around the Koi Pond at the Blue Oak beer garden. Enjoy half-price admission, live music, hands-on activities for kids, a pop-up art market in the Redwood Burl area, and extended OMCA Store hours.

When: Friday, April 14th, 5pm-10pm
Where: Oakland Museum of California, 1000 Oak Street



We'll be there hosting a bike decoration station from 6-9pm with our friends, Scraper Bikes.

Bring friends and family for a taste of local music, food, and culture on 10th Street every Friday Night!

Great job Bike East Bay! Members and supporters sent over 200 emails asking Caltrans to open the Bay Bridge bike/ped path on weekdays (in addition to weekends) by Bike to Work Day on May 11th. Thanks to this collective effort, the path will be open starting May 5th!
