You Now Have Full Access to the
SWAN Support Site
One of SWAN's richest resources is the support website, designed for member library staff to read the latest news from SWAN, find upcoming events, review documentation for products and services, and much, much more. We've updated our support site to accept your L2 logins, meaning that if you are logged into the support site using your "Library Learning" username and password, you can view all of the content on our site. If you are not logged in, certain areas will not be accessible.
If you are not able to log in with your L2 credentials, or do not know what your L2 information is, you can email help@swanlibraries.net and we'll help get you access.
Some of the website content you should check out includes:
- SWAN documentation and resources for how we catalog, use Workflows and Enterprise, as well as marketing materials we've created for our libraries to use. You can start orienting yourself with these materials, and as the go-live gets closer, we'll make sure to share with you what you need to know.
- Email lists and communication to learn about the different email lists and newsletters you can sign up for, including email lists specifically for information technology, cataloging, and circulation.
- User groups you can start attending and participate in. We have almost a dozen focused groups for you to join.
- SWAN staff contact information and department descriptions for you to get to know SWAN staff better and what we do.
- The latest news from SWAN that automatically populates into our news feed. We post new content every week!
- New 19 news that is specific to the migration and what's going on in the process of bringing our newest members into SWAN.
We hope you check out the support site and share the New 19 newsletter with your colleagues. There's a lot going on during this migration and we want to make sure you have the latest news. And let us know if you have ideas for other resources that would be helpful.
Thanks!
