ACTION ALERT: AZ Division of Developmental Disabilities Seeks Community Input
The AZ Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) is seeking comments and opinions regarding proposed changes to QVA-Section 7, which helps the DDD identify qualified vendors and services to offer consumers. Please read this important update from DDD and provide feedback regarding HABILITATION CONSULTATION.
As outlined in the attached announcement, please send your comments and opinions on the proposed changes by April 24, 2017. DDD prefers comments be submitted electronically through the DDD Contract Administration Unit email box at DDDContractsManager@azdes.gov. Please be sure to include the following subject line: "Proposed Changes to RFQVA # DDD 710000."
