Ruth Reynolds founded the first process serving company in North Carolina and is the Founder and President of the first state association for process servers (NCAPPS). Ruth has been a process serving instructor and speaker, and has served on the board of directors for the National Association of Professional Process Servers. She also served as president for NCAPI and was on the board for almost 10 years. Ruth is a licensed PI in North and South Carolina and is also a member of SCALI.
