Secured the adoptionof a revised New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) LGBTQ Policy and ensured that comments gathered from the larger LGBTQ community in New Orleans, as well as youth members, were incorporated;
Provided name change and gender changes for 30 transgender youth in New Orleans, and stopped the deportation of a transgender woman in Pine Prairie, LA through our Trans Defense Fund;
Provided social support, peer support, and healing for over 30 LGBTQ youth of color through monthly Breaking Chainz and Chill, Pillow Talk, and Healing As Resistance Together (HART) nights!
