... A Few Spaces Remaining ...
One of the defining facts about Iyengar Yoga is that it is appropriate and accessible for everybody. Whether we have been practising for 50+ years or 5 months we are all yoga students. With this in mind, Dr Rajlaxmi's 4 day workshop (11th to 14th May 2017) is appropriate for anybody who has regularly attended Iyengar Yoga classes for 12 months. Speak to your teacher for more details.

Dr Rajlaxmi is one of the most experienced teachers from the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune.  As well as teaching regular classes she assists in the medical classes, covers Geeta Iyengar's classes and has assisted at the Iyengar Conventions in Europe and the USA.

Don't miss this opportunity to be taught by somebody who has learnt directly from BKS, Geeta and Prashant Iyengar.

We are delighted and honored that she is returning to Knutsford Iyengar Centre.
