Now that I have your attention: a word about our planet...Here at the Gecko we have always been on the side of recycling, along with minimizing our carbon footprint. As we are able, we have consistently chosen to "do the right thing"- and that holds true now as the new "plastic bag ban" laws have been put into place locally. We encourage you, our co-inhabitants of this tiny island, to bring your own shopping bags when patronizing us. It has never been my wish to pass along "costs of doing business" to my clients, but we will ask a small charge when you leave with one of our new paper bags containing your purchase. By the way - we do sell FABULOUS shoppers of all sizes from many of our Fair Trade partners. Thank you!!
