Posted by Keturah Hetrick on April 17, 2017 The Nevada-focused Porter Group has added a senior policy adviser for former Sen. Harry Reid (D-Nev.) to its lobbyist roster. Bob Herbert has already started lobbying for the organization, which takes its name from its founder, former Rep. Jon Porter (R-Nev.). Herbert's clients so far include several Nevada cities and businesses, including the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce and the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. Herbert, a retired Army officer and a brigadier general with the Nevada Army National Guard, had worked for Reid since 2001.
