Owner's Consent for Development Applications

When completing application forms for development consent, construction certificates and complying development certificates, it is important to remember that all landowners must provide written consent on the form.

In cases where the property is owned by more than one person, each owner is required to sign the landowner’s consent section of the application form. Council’s planning and development staff can check that the correct landowners have signed the document when lodging the application at the counter.
