Welcome to our new look newsletter for April 2017.  This month Tyson’s Conveyancing Services has been operating for 19 years. It seems like only a short while ago that I was setting up the business and stressing about where I was going to get all my clients from. Now all these years later we have a fantastic repeat and referral client data base, new referrals flowing regularly and look after several developer/builder clients.

Over the years many people have asked me, 'Is this a good time to buy?', 'Is this a good time to sell?', 'What is the property market doing at the moment? '. My answer is usually “It depends!”  I say this because it really does depend on many things such as, when did you buy, why are you selling, are you buying something else, how long do you want to keep the property etc, etc.  While the property prices may rise and fall and interest rates may be low or high, each person needs to consider their individual circumstances and seek sound investment advice if the property is for investment purposes.

Each month I try to provide interesting and informative articles in the hope of keeping you up-to-date and better informed on the current property and investment situation. As always, I am more than happy for you to give me a call and have a chat or send me an email with a specific question or topic you might have or are interested in - and if I don’t know, I will endeavour to find out information for you.

I hope you enjoy our April 2017 Newsletter.

PROPERTY INVESTMENT TIPS AND HINTS

Property investment offers many advantages. Unlike your money in a bank savings account, it is considered a growth asset class where capital growth outstrips inflation. This means over time you increase rather than decrease the capital value of your assets. Read More...
NEW LENDING REGULATORY MEASURES
It is the belief of APRA & ASIC that investors are pushing up house prices. In an attempt to stem the overheating of the property market they are introducing new measures to which banks must adhere when lending. They are looking to curb the growth in riskier mortgage loans and to reduce the high household indebtedness.  Read More...
