I wish to become a Member and declare that I support the purposes of WATAG Inc.as detailed in the Rules of Incorporation. I agree to comply with the Rules including paying a Membership fee to start my Membership, and to renew it annually. I declare that the information I give below is correct and applies to me personally.
I acknowledge that this information will only be used by WATAG Inc. for the purposes of communicating with me as a Member and will not be provided to any other organisation.
I understand that the Committee reviews applications and will notify applicants of acceptance or otherwise, as soon as possible after receipt.

If you are accepted and have not already paid you will be asked to pay the appropriate Annual Membership fee to make your Membership effective
If you have already pre-paid, please fill out this form for Committee review. Your Membership will then be completed after Committee acceptance
