On 1 March the new Locality and Community Support Service, EET and Family Solutions Service came into operation.How you report safeguarding concerns has changed, while Early Help Assessment, Team around the Family and Threshold of Needs has also been reviewed and redesigned (replacing the CAF and TAC).
