Episode 69: Money Talks
Because we're not just buying stuff, we're expressing our values.

TRAVEL TIP: CARRY ON ONLY

Last month I travelled to London for 6 days with only a carry-on

 WHAT I LEARNED:
Neutrals play very well with each other
By sticking to black, grey, navy and white, I was able to create a multitude of outfits. When I craved some colour, I used one of two neckerchiefs (small and easy to pack!) to tie around my neck or purse.

Feel good, look good
This was a business trip so I wanted to feel confident and put together every day. This meant choosing and packing clothes that served these feelings. Hot tip: try on outfits, with shoes, before packing to get a read on how you'll feel in the pairings.

Pack for the weather and your itinerary
I used to always pack a pair of heels for "just in case" dressy events that never materialized and only took up valuable suitcase space. My solve: choose a pair of shoes versatile enough to be dressed up but functional and comfy for walking. On this trip, it was a pair of black leather smoking slippers.

Watch: Pack Like a Pro
This. Works.
