Raise at least $2,500 as an individual player-fundraiser to play golf at the Lebovic Golf Club - ranked the 3rd best new public golf course in North America for 2016 by Golf Digest.
- Raise $2,500 to $4,999 to win 1 round of golf

Keep fundraising because there are still lots of great prizes to be had, including:
- Top Fundraising Team of the Year: The winner in this Team category will receive a round-trip to Montreal for the ENTIRE team to watch a Montreal Canadiens 2017-18 season home game from the comfort of an exclusive private suite at the Bell Centre. Transportation and accommodation included.
- Top Fundraiser of the Year: The winner in this category will get a round-trip to Buffalo via limo service for you and four of your friends to attend a Buffalo Sabres game with a Sabres Alumnus!
- Rookie of the Year: The winner will receive two tickets to attend the Annual NHL Alumni Gala Dinner and an opportunity to meet more hockey heroes!
- Coach of the Year: The coach who raises the most funds will get a year of movies - 24 complimentary Cineplex movie passes! To be eligible, a coach must raise a minimum of $1,000 by the fundraising deadline.
