Late in March, we hosted a Product Demonstration for our INFINITY ALL-IN-ONE Blast Chiller/Freezers in Melbourne.
|

We show-cased our AFINOX All-In-One Blast Chiller/Freezers, a unique piece of kitchen equipment, capable of Blast Chilling, Blast Freezing, Low Temp Slow Cooking (Max 85°C), Proving, Thawing, Preservation & Regeneration. These units are capable of creating time, energy, labour & wastage efficiencies & savings in kitchens of any size.

Using our AFINOX All-In-One units, we prepared, cooked and served a wide variety of foods, including beef cheeks, veal loin, chicken, salmon, fish, prawns, pizza & croissants.
Our guests were able to taste & sample all the food, so they could personally attest to the fantastic quality that our AFINOX units can produce.

One of the high-lights was certainly the Meringues. Processed over-night on a Slow Cooking Cycle, the Meringues came out absolutely perfect, with no cracks or holes, and were very tasty.
As well as Sous Vide cooking, the over-night cycles are where the AFINOX All-In-One Units come into their own, operating with no staff supervision and always keeping food within HACCP Safety Guidelines.

INSTALLATION OF FIVE(5) Units of Infinity All-In-One 40 Tray Roll-In Blast Chiller/Freezers
Early this year, we completed an installation at ANZ Stadium in Sydney, replacing the existing bank of Blast Chiller/Freezers that had been there since the Sydney Olympics.
With a significant scope of works that included decommissioning, dis-assembly and removal of the existing units, as well as concrete cutting to recess the floors to kitchen/coolroom level, and full installation of our AFINOX units, we were able to offer our customer a full service, with single point of contact, to provide them with turn-key operational blast chiller/freezers.
