Try BetterPoints during May for the chance to win £100

Hi, <<First Name>>. May is National Walking Month, so we're awarding bonuses to people who walk for at least 20 minutes a day, as well as the chance to win £100 between themselves and their favoured charity. Why not try it out for yourself to get a feel for how it motivates people to do a little more exercise?

National Walking Month is an annual campaign from the charity, Living Streets, which encourages people to walk at least 20 minutes a day. The NHS says that adults aged 19-64 should do ‘at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity’ every week.

If you're looking for a tool that incentivises behaviour change - such as walking more - now is a good time to test-drive BetterPoints because you'll be in with the chance to win that £100.

Remember, this only lasts until 31 May, so download the BetterPoints app from the App Store or Google Play - if you haven’t already - and get walking now!

We're working with Reading Borough Council to encourage drivers to commute to work by bicycle instead. 'I've been using my bike to get to and from work,' says Sharon. 'It takes me approximately 20 minutes each way, which is 20 minutes faster than the bus.'

Prize draw results

Last month, we gave you a prize draw entry for charity when you told us what you'd like to see in this newsletter. That £50 donation will go to the winner's choice: the Royal Marines Charity. Thanks for all your useful feedback, which we are building into our plans to make this monthly newsletter as useful as we can for you.
