Coos Bay, Oregon
Data are being harvested from all stations within the South Slough National Estuarine Research Reserve in Coos Bay, OR. This includes five fixed shore platforms collecting measurements of pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, and other parameters, all of which are accessible in near real-time on NVS.
Buoy Deployments
OOI Deployment Cruise
The Ocean Observatories Initiative (OOI) Spring 2017 Endurance Array cruise took place from April 8 - 23 aboard the R/V Sikuliaq. The purpose of this cruise was to recover and redeploy OR and WA buoys, profilers and autonomous gliders. Buoy data are available on NVS, as well as the OOI website.
ESP & Cha'ba Deployment
A team from UW and NOAA redeployed the Environmental Sampling Processor (ESP) off the coast of La Push, WA from 29 April - 4 May. The Cha'ba mooring was also redeployed on this cruise.
Data from both of these instrument packages will be available on NVS.
