HUD has published the HTF IDIS User Manual for Grantees to show Housing Trust Fund (HTF) grantee users how to set up, fund, draw funds for, and complete HTF activities in the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS). This manual is intended for staff who are already familiar with HTF Program rules and regulations. It is not a regulatory or policy training guide, and it assumes users have acquired that knowledge from experience and/or other training.
