This cage and sun cover protects the new raised bed garden, built for our Nature Playtime program. Today they planted and watered the garden. Over the summer, the kids will watch the plants grow and learn to care for the plants. Details

Bear Resistant Roll Carts

The County's Envrionmental Services Division now has hardware available to make your roll carts bear resistant. If you would like them to install these latches on your trash roll cart, email or call 505-662-8163.

What Do You Think?

The Interior Department is currently taking comments from the public regarding monument designations under the Antiquities Act of 1906. Two NM National Monuments are on the list: Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks and Rio Grande del Norte. If you feel strongly about our national monuments, this is a great opportunity to comment. Details
