Standard accounting module in the Core Banking system
OpenCBS has started the development of the standard Accounting functionality, which will enable our users to keep better track of their transactions and ultimately have them appear on the accounting
module.
Loan Origination
The calendar has been integrated to the loan origination module. It enables the user to add different events related to clients. When the event is generated and upgraded, the system sends notifications to all participants, including users and clients.
Another exciting development in our software is the ability
to export the loan applications into Excel spreadsheet.
OpenCBS Future Developments
OpenCBS will be integrated with QIWI payment solutions which will greatly facilitate the repayment procedure for financial institutions. QIWI is continuously developing innovative payment tools and we are excited to partner up with them.
The OpenCBS Tablet Application
OpenCBS is heading up an innovative project in collaboration with Agora Micro finance Zambia (AMZ), which is centered around the creation of a tablet application.
The tablet application will be developed with Agora Micro finance Zambia in mind, and it will be able to address all of their specific needs. It is a highly personalized tool that we are eager to work on.
With the tablet application, AMZ will be able to not only create a loan, disburse it on the field, and collect the payment, but also identify customers through their fingerprints and print all receipts through a mobile printer.
The tablet application is a new and exciting challenge for OpenCBS and a great opportunity for us to demonstrate our capabilities.
