Final meeting of the BCR NP June 5th 2017.
The evening will start with the closing meeting for the Neighbourhood Partnership and includes final CIL funding decisions and the open Public Forum.

Launch of the new BCR Partnership organisation
Following the two forum meetings, where options for the future were discussed, it is clear that there is a desire for an organisation
> that draws our community together,
> that provides a forum for discussion and the raising of concerns, and
> that enables communication with the council, the police and other local organisations.
a proposal for how this organisation might look is to be presented
and a request for input from the community to help with tasks such as
- website and social media
- publicity
- constitution and membership drafting
- meeting organisation
- funding
The steering group will be asking for members who would be interested in doing the preparation work on these topics, prior to launching the new organisation in the Autumn.
