JHURA will be hosting a two-day workshop at the Great Hall entitled “Department Research Administrator: Research Essentials” on June 15^th & 16^th, focusing on pre-award research administration, financial management of sponsored awards, and building a working relationship with faculty and central administration. New COEUS Questionnaires

Did you know that ORIS recently implemented new forms to assist with the completion of questionnaires within a COEUS PD?  Be sure to check out our blog for more information.  

RPPR

With many RPPRs due in the coming weeks, it’s important to remember that NIH released the Final Research Performance Progress Report (F-RPPR), which replaced the Final Progress Report (FPR), with an effective date of January 1, 2017. Proposal Documents Requiring JHURA Review and Signature

Please fill in and complete as much of the needed information for proposal representations and certifications as possible before sending for JHURA review.  (You may see these titled Offeror’s Representations and Certifications, or something similar.)  We anticipate there will still be questions and areas for which you do not know the answer.  However, even partial completion of these proposal documents helps expedite our review and signature process in order to have these back to you to package and prep the submission.

Subaward Determination Form as an Attachment in the Checklist Request

Please be certain to attach the dual signed (unit and JHURA) copy of the Sub Determination Form to the Checklist request. The dual signed form should have been provided by JHURA and uploaded to the COEUS record after submission of the proposal. If the subrecipient was TBD at the proposal stage, you may submit the completed Sub Determination Form with your request, and the JHURA Subs Team will provide the second verification signature.
