Season Update

The 2017 season is now well underway with some great football being played across all competitions. Most of the youth teams have got off to a good start that should see them playing finals if they can maintain their current level of performance. If you'd like to keep up to date with results and fixtures, visit the competition pages of the Club website.

On a different note, I would like to acknowledge there have been a number of fairly serious injuries that have been sustained by players in our older year groups within the first few rounds. It is a testament to the support network within the Club that has ensured that these players received treatment quickly and all procedures were followed to allow for the best possible outcomes. I would like to wish those players the very best for a speedy recovery and look forward to welcoming you back to the Club as soon as possible.

Scarborough Day - Sunday 11 June

Scarborough Day is a day we celebrate as a family, club and community and is for everyone to enjoy the great atmosphere we have at the Club. As in previous years, we have tried to get as many home games as we can on the day to make it a real carnival of fun. Listed below is what will be happening:
  • Bouncy castle
  • Sausage sizzle and food from the canteen
  • Live music
  • Life Members and Sponsors lunch
  • Kardz 4 Sportz
  • GobSmacked mouthguard fitting (12:00  -2:00)
For those kids that have away games on Scarborough Day, fear not, as the festivities will be going all day, so come on down when you get the time.

We look forward to seeing everyone down at the club for a day of footy and fun!

Auskick Under Lights

Thank you to all of our Auskick families that made the effort to come along for an evening of football on Friday 12 May, so that all of our wonderful Mum's were able to sleep in on Mother's Day. It was an exciting night training under lights and all of the kids had a fantastic time.

Congratulations to the Mum that took home the prize for the Mum's Longest Kick competition.

Scarborough Beach Redevelopment

The Sandbar has been supporting Scarborough Junior Football Club for the last four years. As you are all aware our beloved Scarborough foreshore is undergoing a huge redevelopment and currently a side affect of this project is disruption to the local businesses. So far two business owners have had to close their doors and The Sandbar who has supported our club now needs our help.

The Scarborough Junior Football Club is all about supporting local and without our sponsors and partners we would not be able to function. So next time you head out for a drink, coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner, please consider going local and supporting one of our sponsors The Sandbar.

World Record Attempt at Millington

On Sunday 28 May during half time at the Year 11 game, Mitchell from the The Mitchell & Michael Show on hit92.9 attempted to break the World Record for longest distance travelled by doing the worm!

Watch the video below to see if Mitchell succeeded...

International School of Western Australia

The ISWA school community plays a particularly important role in the lives of students and their families. When families arrive in Perth from overseas they often don't know anybody. An inclusive, welcoming school community ensures newcomers are welcomed and settle quickly and happily in to their new Perth lifestyle. This welcome is not exclusive to our international families. Due to the egalitarian, open-minded and progressive nature of the school community, local students who did not fit into their mainstream or elite Perth school structure find their place here at ISWA.
