Yes, there is a club night this weekend. Jess' agent got in touch to plead a date change in order to piece together the norther part of Jess' tour.
We will be back in the Samuel Fox room.
Start - 8.15. Doors open - 7.45. (although you will be able to relax with a drink in the bar from 7.30)
As for Jess, here are some of the details about her...
Wiltshire singer/songwriter Jess Vincent last came to the club in 2015 when she shared the stage with Reg Meuross. She has a highly original style which is getting noticed and has come on to the scene with albums that have received much critical acclaim – 3 to date; Time Frame, ‘Seesaw Dreams’ (2014) ‘Shine’ 2015. Utterly captivating live, she delivers her songs with subtle arrangements on guitar, baritone ukulele and harmonium and shruti box that to reveal a maturity that belies her youth, while allowing her vulnerability to shine through.
