The 9:45 Service will feature a presentation by IGNITE prior to their trip. IGNITE is Pine Valley UMC’s Youth Worship Arts Ministry. IGNITE will travel to the Orlando, FL area for the their 11th Annual IGNITE Music in Missions trip June 11-16. Their largest trip group to date, 71 youth and adult chaperones will work, sing, and serve at the Clara White Mission, the Florida United Methodist Home for Children, United Against Poverty of Orlando, Second Harvest Food Bank, and Orlando Union Rescue Mission. They will also take a riverboat cruise on the St. Johns River, tour the St. Augustine fort, and spend a day at Universal Studios. Please pray for IGNITE and for the folks to whom they will minister.

ATTENTION K-5TH GRADE PARENTS: We are not having Sunday School for K-5th grade June 11.. Children can attend the IGNITE musical with their parents. If parents will not be attending the musical, children can meet their Sunday School teacher at the classroom door and sit with them.

The Prayer Shawl Team meets Monday, June 13th, from 10 to noon in Building B Room 1.

Common Thread will meet Monday, June 12th in Bldg B, Room 12, 9:30-12:00. Come by and join us. No sewing required. For more info contact Jeanne Scott at 910-231-8204.

Summer youth activities for fun & fellowship will be emailed in the youth weekly email. Remind texting will also be used for announcements.

The Vacation Bible School Donation trees are up! Please stop by and take a shape. Please return all non perishable items to the boxes provided and perishable items to the Fellowship hall kitchen refrigerator labeled “VBS” by Sunday, July 2.

Je-Di Summer Campers, don't forget you need 2 quart sized mason jars with lids and either a 100% cotton pillow case or t-shirt for crafts. See you Sunday, June 18th at 4:00.

Methodist Men: Breakfast meeting June 17 in the Fellowship Hall. Breakfast at 7:30, meeting at 8:00. Program TBD.

Food Pantry Needs: corn muffin mix, hearty soups, canned fruit, canned tuna, canned chicken and dumplings. Check expiration dates.
