An Unforgettable Day Is Planned

Grace Family, 

Every year at Grace we select a Sunday morning and come together for a time of extended worship and praise. This is one of the most meaningful and powerful experiences of the year! And it’s coming this Sunday. Our 9:30 am service will feature a full orchestra and choir. Our 9 am and 11 am services will feature a full band and vocal team along with some special music by our very own Nia Allen. Please don’t miss this! Invite a friend to join you! Come to one or two services and then stick around for a delicious meal ($6.00/plate). The “Taco Man” will be on campus from 10:15 - 1:00pm (yes, tacos at 10:15 am are awesome!) so you can slow down, eat, and just enjoy being a family. Wow! I can’t wait to see you on Sunday.

We will continue our conversation on Sunday about serving children and kids in the foster care system - all of whom have been ReMoved from their parents and home. In addition to our morning services you are all invited to attend an evening benefit concert. Here are the details for the evening event (below). I hope you will join us.

No one is called to do everything, but everyone is called to do something. Our vision for this foster and adoptive ministry is to serve the community in our area and tangibly show the love of Jesus through community action events, wrap around support, and advocacy & awareness. Once again, this Sunday, you will have an opportunity to find your “something.” Please take a moment while on campus this Sunday to visit with our ReSource team.

Let’s make Father’s Day a great one by coming to church. Every year we all know Mother’s Day is one the larger attended Sundays of the year. People often tell me that on Mother’s Day everyone comes to church to honor mom and on Father’s Day everyone goes to the beach to honor dad. Goodness gracious, we should change that trend this year! It’s going to be a great morning of singing and teaching and praying. And all the dad’s (and those who hope to one day be a dad) get a free root beer float!
