Ed! Marketing Campaign Results for May

The transit ads have been on buses around the region for a month now, and the Ed! digital ads are running online. For May, the digital ads are performing on par with industry benchmarks like the tourism category, with a .10% clickthrough rate. Website users are also up 70% over April, so the results are looking good!

What Else is Ed! Working On?
At the April Member's Meeting attendees voted on their top priorities, and parking was at the top of the list. We are currently working with the city to research ways to help highlight existing parking spots, as well as potentially open up more spots to downtown visitors.

Ed! is also assembling a binder of downtown restaurant menus to be available on the Puget Sound Express whale watching boat. There are thousands of people taking the boat over the course of the summer, and we want to encourage them to experience our great dining options when they get back on land!

Ed! Small Grant Program

The Small Grants Program and Partnership Program, managed through the Edmonds Downtown Alliance, help harness the power of our local business community. The Grant Program utilizes a grassroots approach to identify projects and allocate funds for approved grants.

There are many project categories that could qualify for a grant: Community Events, Neighborhood Marketing Initiative, Business Recruitment & Retention, Safety & Cleanliness, Appearance & Environment, Transportation, and Historic Education/Heritage Advocacy

The next application deadline is July 15th, you can apply quickly on the
Ed! website.
