The PRISM Quartet returns to the Interlochen Center for the Arts for our annual High School Saxophone Institute, directed by ensemble member Timothy McAllister. PRISM and jazz saxophonist Andrew Bishop will work with high school students from across the nation in a week of intensive study.

The Institute includes a free PRISM concert on June 21st at 6 PM at Corson Auditorium featuring music by J. S. Bach, Frederic Chopin, Emma O’Halloran, and Kristin Kuster. PRISM will be joined by Bishop in Matthew Levy's "Forbidden Drive," and by Bishop and Bill Sears (Interlochen's Director of Jazz Studies) in Chris Potter's "Improvisations." The program will include a jazz set by Bishop with Brendon Davis (piano) and Andrew Peck (double bass).
