Fall into a pothole? See a sofa on the sidewalk? Is the streetlight out on your corner? Help our City address these and other issues with a quick post to Hartford311, a municipal app available on both iPhone and Android platforms. The app is a great way to report and track neighborhood issues such as litter, broken traffic signals, graffiti and other non-emergencies to the city's 311 system. Issues reported via Hartford311 are given a higher priority than those reported via other means, and users can track their progress online.
