We need your help for our
Native Plant Garden Makeover!
Meibohm Fine Arts
Friday, June 16, 2017
from 5:30 - 7:00p.m.
We will be incorporating native plants into the existing
landscaping to showcase the beauty of native plants,
like butterfly weed, coneflower, bee balm, and more.
The event will begin with a presentation by Buffalo's own
"Plant Lady," Sally Cunningham, about the importance
of native plants. Participants will then be adding new
native plants to the gallery's landscaping. Participants
will also be invited to view The Art of Native Plants
Exhibition in the gallery! Refreshments will be provided.
The cost to participate is only $20, which
benefits the WNY Land Conservancy. Space
is limited, so sign up today by clicking below.
The Western New York Land Conservancy is a regional,
not-for-profit land trust that permanently protects more
than 6,000 acres of land with significant conservation
values in Western New York, for the benefit of future
generations. We envision a future in which natural
areas, farmlands, wildlife habitat, and scenic beauty
are cherished and protected as part of the landscape
and character of Western New York. Our organization
is one of 1,700 land trusts nationwide, including 90 in
New York State, which have protected 40 million acres
over the last 20 years.
