Cedar Creek 2015 Pinot Gris $22.84+taxes
BEST SELLER

In our upper CedarCreek Vineyard, nature helps us select just the right moment to harvest the Pinot Gris. Over the years, we’ve noticed that black bears enjoy the same level of ripeness of flavour as we do. When they start making their way under our “bear-proof” fence, we know it’s time to start picking. Very carefully. All our winemaking decisions get the same attention to detail as the Pinot Gris does. And the results show in every bottle. On that, you have our word.

A Not-So-Little, Little Thing The grapes for this Pinot Gris were picked over a period of one month. This brings a range of flavours into the wine. We call it layers of complexity. We Smell - Pear and raw honey with nuts. Food Pairing Notes Chicken kiev. Other Notes We’d Also Pair It With - A patio and an armchair. 92% Pinot Gris,6% Gewürtz.,
2% Riesling

Gold Medal, 92 Points, San Francisco International Wine Competition 2016
Gold, 36th Annual All Canadian Wine Championships 2016
Bronze Medal, The Okanagan Fall Wine Festival, 2016

 Cedar Creek 2015 Gewurztraminer $19.18+taxes
NEW VINTAGE RELEASE

100% Gewürztraminer.They say that patience is a virtue. When it comes to nurturing Gewürztraminer’s delicate aromatic sensibilities, it’s an absolute necessity. We choose to press our Gewürztraminer very slowly and very gently to extract and protect the fragile aromatics in these pink-skinned grapes. Our patience was rewarded with a beautiful, full-bodied Alsatian style wine with aromas of rose petals. Take a little time to smell them. All our winemaking decisions get the same attention to detail as the Gewürztraminer does. And the results show in every bottle. On that, you have our word.

A Not-So-Little, Little Thing Gew is a delicate wine. We press it slowly and gently, to retain fruit purity and fermenting ⅓ in oak adds textrue and weight. We Smell - Pears, quince, lychee and spice. Food Pairing Notes Tangy Sumac spice chicken. Other Notes We’d Also Pair It With - A trip to Alsace, France. The home of Gewürztraminer.

Cedar Creek 2014 Cabernet Merlot $21.58+taxes

NEW VINTAGE RELEASE

For over a quarter century, we’ve experimented with blending. A lot. And what we discovered with full-bodied red wines is that often the sum is greater than the parts. The sum in this blend is: Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. And the fun part is that the power of blending often over delivers in quality. All our winemaking decisions get the same attention to detail as the Cabernet Merlot does. And the results show in every bottle. On that, you have our word…Blend Composition: 58% Merlot, 18% Cab Franc, 16% Cab Sauv, 8% Malbec.
A Not-So-Little, Little Thing At 18% the Cabernet Franc adds just that hint of savory we like. We Smell - Blackberry. We Taste - Stewed plums and cacao. Food Pairing Notes Sunday dinner. Featuring Spaghetti Bolognese. Other Notes We’d Also Pair It With - Sunday dinner. Featuring Spaghetti Bolognese.

Cedar Creek 2014 Meritage $27.64+taxes
NEW VINTAGE RELEASE

Have you ever been on a team with someone who makes everyone around them better? In this wine, that someone is Malbec. At 24% of the blend, Malbec brings out the best in the Cabernet Franc (39%), Merlot (26%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (8%) and Petit Verdot (3%) that make up the rest of the Meritage. And by deciding to make our Meritage a full one-fourth Malbec, we’re not just using it as the ultimate team player, but also bringing its own jammy, blueberry notes to the forefront — something that makes this plush red blend really stand out. All our winemaking decisions get the same attention to detail as the Meritage does. And the results show in every bottle. On that, you have our word.

A Not-So-Little, Little Thing
The Cabernet Franc in this blend is from our Haynes Creek Vineyard in Osoyoos. Planted in 2007/08, its maturity is just beginning to reveal itself We smell - An herbal quality. Almost the leaf of a raspberry.

Food Pairing Notes Civet de sanglier (wild boar stew). Other Notes We’d also pair it with Gustav Mahler’s, Symphony No. 2. Substantial, but not overbearing. (Composition: 39% Cab. Franc, 26% Merlot, 24% Malbec, 8% Cab. Sauv,3% Petit Verdot)
