We invite you to collaborate on Touchpoint Vol. 9 No. 2 and submit your abstracts by 30th June 2017 on the topic "Measuring Impact and Value". Share your knowledge with the community, have your article featured online and in print and shared on social media. We welcome contributions from agency- and client-side practitioners, educators inside and outside academia, and those in a position to reflect on the topic of this theme through their own research. We are looking forward to many inspiring contributions!

The first edition of the Service Design Impact Report was about the public sector and circulated over 2,000 copies. We expect this number to double for this year’s issue on healthcare. The health sector report will be presented at the exclusive SDN Members Day at the Service Design Global Conference 2017 in November.
We want to reach out to everybody who is and who might potentially be creating impact with service design in the health sector. If that is your case, please tell us about your experience in our online survey and share the survey linkto help us build this global overview!
