Greenwich Adult Social Care Services are changing. Have your say...
Have you or a close friend or relative received care services from Greenwich Council? Tell us your experience.
Royal Borough of Greenwich (RBG) is embarking on a transformation programme to improve how they meet the needs of residents and improve care and support for adults.
The Council has commissioned Healthwatch Greenwich to ensure that the service user voice is heard through the implementation of the plan.
We will be doing this through a series of surveys and focus groups to find out the experiences of users, and explore the ways that services provided to adults and older people might be improved. The information provided by these events will be used to inform and begin the new ‘customer journey’.
