1) NJ Shore-area Happenings - now and end of Summer Workshops & Retreat - for beginners and advanced

- Invest with several Leaders who embody where we want to go in Owning Our Own Voice - with large and small group interactions; as well as individual sessions, to address your personal challenges and opportunities.

2) Seattle-area Happenings - learning & connection circle for beginners and advanced
Living Freedom, Power, Joy: Soul Tools for Life, Abundantly
Learning, Healing & Connection Circles for folks who are ready to stop running, and face what IS.
Most of us are not in REST, not OK, within ourselves, and with our world. We are stuck in pain, fear, loneliness, shame, unnamed upset, unmet needs... But, we trudge on, doing what we must to get through the night, to get though the day...
We have symptoms: we eat too much or too little, sleep too much or to little, work too much or too little, whatever we do - we avoid, avoid, avoid. We are out of balance, we are not well.
This is not BAD, but it isn't Life, Abundantly! Our imbalance, our unwellness shows up as illness, addiction, broken relationships, surviving but not thriving, etc.
This is not because we are bad, or we aren't trying. It is becasue we are barking up the wrong tree. If we want Life, Abundantly:
- We must face the cause(s), rather than trying to control the symptom(s).
- It is time for us to stop running, and face what IS.
Whether you
- see yourself as spiritual, or not.
- practice mediation for a long time, or never tried it.
- are very familiar with the soul tools I share, or you don't know what I am talking about ; )
Please be in touch, if you can you relate to at least one of these? Are you:
- Called to expereince BEing more Alive and Present, Now; BEing with what IS.
- Choosing to keep living or to start living Sober, continuing to leave Addictions, Compulsions, Distractions behind.
- Willing to keep GOing into Light, Life, Love, Truth... even while overcoming Darkness: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Trauma, Abuse, Suicidal-impulses, Chronic Illness...

I would like to offer something working together with Jesus, online.
A couple questions:
** Timing:
I need feedback, if you can't make regular session in Seattle:
I could offer something on any weekday afternoon, available in NJ that evening, and the following morning in AU.
- If in NJ, what evenigns are good for you?
- If in AU, is any weekday morning fine? or would it help for me to offer something Friday, which you can participate-in, in real time on Saturday morning?

- Would you like to invest together in something like the Seattle offering? For folks coming out of Darkness, into more Light.
OR
- Would you like to focus on the other side of the coin, my draw is toward something like : Tools & Transformation for Mystics and Healers.
The basics covered in either of these are amazingly similar, but the focus and tone, seemingly different. I believe, in the end we are all dealing with the same thing. BEing with what IS ; )

I recently finished a Healing Conference in CT which really supported my own transitions. Visiting friends (and their pool ;) in beautiful Upstate NY, then Atlantic Ocean in NJ with my niece. I am blessed to be connecting with friends, family, clients in NJ thru Monday - hooray!!!
