These Brand New Dewatering Pumps were to be installed in an Underground Mine, but prior to making the journey to their new home they were given protective coatings to prolong their life.
The pumps needed to be abrasive blasted to prepare the surface, but first were taped up to ensure no damage to other surfaces during the blasting process.
They were then primed and coated with CeramAlloy CL+AC to give the pumps the protection they needed whilst pumping process water from the Underground Mine.
Prolonging the life of a new pump is just as important as repairing a damaged one!
