Immediate prayer needs for Fair Shake Village/Vogels

Greetings in the one who makes paths straight!!
In this month of June I will share three immediate prayer and action needs.

PRAISE FOR THE RAFTER TIMBERS BEING CUT
.
The trees have been cut, brought to the building site and most have been dimensioned! Rainy season makes some work difficult, but by His grace the timber for the rafters, trusses, etc. have been gathered ahead of rainy season. Now the funding for the second part of this first phase needs to be in place by November so that construction can begin. The contribution so far have brought the need down from $50,000 to $34,000. As you praise Him for what He has done, please petition Him for the remaining funds!!

PETITION HIM FOR DANIEL BIAH'S VISA

As most of you know, Daniel Biah has had this ministry in his heart for years. His obligations have been elsewhere but now there is an opportunity for him to sharpen his focus in helping. It would be most helpful for Daniel to spend a few months here in communication with friends and churches and in gaining some short-term training to help with the ministry at Fair Shake Village. The urgency is this: At the time of this writing, HIS VISA INTERVIEW IS TOMORROW, JUNE 28. Please be in prayer right now for this.

PETITION HIM REGARDING HEALTH CONCERNS

We have been getting checkups after returning stateside. One concern came up on Ken’s cancer follow-up so he is having a cystoscopy of the bladder on THURSDAY, JUNE 29. We would appreciate your prayers in this regard.

Prayer Focus

1. Praise Him for timber being in place for the future construction of the Gathering Center,

2. Praise Him for our Liberian friends whose faithfulness encourages us daily.

3. Petition Him for the funding and construction of the second step in the completion of the Gathering Center at Fair Shake Village.

4. Petition Him for Daniel Biah being granted a visitors visa interview JUNE 28!

5. Petition Him for the test Ken will have on JUNE 29 in regard to a possible lesion in the bladder.
