Hi friends,
I am going to be honest... Asking for help is hard for me. Despite the fact that so many of you have told me how much you love the music and want it recorded, I was not at all confident in the success of our IndieGoGo campaign.
Now, after three weeks, we have raised more than $11,000 and contributions are still coming in! I am so excited and grateful that I just had to leave my body for a bit - I am now slowly figuring out how to make my ghost fingers type the keys for this message. Seriously though, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!
As the campaign climbs and grows past my expectations, my dreams grow with it. I never even dared to think of reaching my highest aspiration for this project but now that the momentum is going... Well, here goes: in addition to recording the EP I also want to shoot three more music videos with my brother, Ryan, and I want to hire a PR team to help us get the music out there and launch my international touring career... Whew, feels good to say that out loud.

The campaign only goes for a bit longer, and then these newsletters will go back to the regular monthly announcements, exciting news, and poems about unicorn-hamsters and other interesting things.
